Please could you read the terms before signing and returning the reservation form to us, including a cheque for the deposit.

    • The Follies will be RESERVED for you after confirming availability by phone/fax/ email and the receipt of the form with deposit cheque. This must be within 1 week or it will be presumed the booking has been cancelled.
    • The FULL  BALANCE  must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. This should include £100 damage deposit, which shall be refunded to you within 1 week from the end of your stay, provided the property is left in a satisfactory condition .
    • DAMAGE and BREAKAGES are your responsibility, and if any occur, they should be reported to the property owners accordingly.
    • LINEN, ELECTRICITY, and HEATING are all included within the rental.
    •  SORRY CHILDREN must be over the age of 10 years.
    • Strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed for the comfort of others.
    • DIRECTIONS will be sent out on receipt of the final balance.
    • KEYS will be available from 3.00pm on arrival day, and details will be included with the directions. The cottage must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, with the keys left at the appointed place.
    • The OCCUPANTS cannot exceed 4 people in total, and can only stay for the dates previously booked.
    • ACCESS to the property must be given at any reasonable time to carry out essential maintenance, or in an emergency. Wherever possible this will be arranged in advance.
    • All DESCRIPTIONS have been made with care and given in good faith.
    • LIABILITY as far as the law allows, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to you, any member of your party, third party, baggage, car, or contents however it arises, as a result of you renting the property.
    • CANCELLATION by yourselves must be received in writing A.S.A.P. Only the deposit will be forfeited if notice is given prior to 6 weeks (43days). If the notice is received 4 weeks (29days) before your booking 50% may be lost, and after that 100%.However every will be made to rebook the cottage, and if successful only the deposit will be lost. (Cancellation insurance can avoid this) Cancellation caused in the unlikely event by us, will result in a full refund of the rental price being given.
